Dear Surfer,

According to The Cancer  Association of South Africa   (CANSA), one in four South   Africans run the risk of becoming a  cancer statistic at some point   during their lives. These shocking   statistics can be attributed to a   plethora of  high risk factors in our  lifestyles that contribute to the   development of cancer.  Furthermore, the World Health   Organisation (WHO) states that   20% of all cancers originating in   developing countries are diet   related and therefore potentially   preventable

When Dr Oz appeared on Oprah   he enthused so much about the   health benefits of aspirin that he   stated a ‘small town should be   named after it’ However when he   spoke on the same programme   about Tomatoes and Lycopene he  said ‘a large country should be   named after it.’

Doctors and health experts   throughout the world are very   excited about Lycopene.
South Africa has been lagging behind but hopefully this will soon change. For example see this Cansa Article.
According to CA/SA it is important to eat a balanced diet and avoid obesity. Limited animal fat will help avoid heart disease.

Please read the following pages carefully.  The information contained herein could help you, a friend or a loved one back to health.
